Currently, more than 60 boys and girls from 45 days to 5 years of age attend daily our community garden "May 23rd", Villa Alba de La Plata neighborhood. There they have breakfast, lunch and pedagogical activities that stimulate their psychosocial development. With the doors open to the community since 1997, the garden is carried out by moms carers, the neighborhood women who receive create technical support for training in early childhood care. Along with the families of the children, institutions and NGOs that also build on the work neighborhood and the companies and citizens who collaborate jointly, form a network that seeks to contribute to the school inclusion and the social inclusion of children. Join you also the community of godfathers of the garden, so that these children may be included in the school system in a satisfactory manner. BRIDGES OF EMPLOYMENT

From Foundation create continue to build bridges between youth and the labour market, that is why we invite you consume yourself with your company to our programs, so that more children have the opportunity of reaching their first job and to improve their socio-economic situation.

You can join a:

• Employability - PIL program: encourages the incorporation of apprentices, funding practices of young people in work environments.
• Plan of promotion, preservation and regularization of employment - PREBA: by permit collaboration that complete the basic wage, promotes the generation of new jobs registered formally.
• Work - PET training program: six months young unemployed are trained performing tasks in a company with the accompaniment of the tutors of Foundation to create and a financial contribution from the provincial government.
